Warranties and returns

Purchased the wrong product?

  • If you wish to reject the product(s) you have purchased, you may do so within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
  • If you have been delivered a faulty product(s) , please inform us by emailing info@kirvile.lt. If the product(s) is/are found to be faulty, we will replace the product(s) with a new one. If we are unable to replace the faulty item(s) with a new one, we will refund the money paid for the item(s). Complaints about faulty item(s) will be accepted within 7 days of delivery

Just a reminder that:

  • The returned item(s) must have intact labels and be in their original undamaged packaging. Unless the return is for a faulty product which has had to have its packaging removed to determine its quality.
  • The returned item(s) must be in a condition that is undamaged, unused and unworn by the buyer.
  • A proof of purchase (the invoice received when purchasing) must be provided when returning or exchanging the goods.
  • The cost of shipping (return) of quality returned or exchanged goods is borne by the buyer.
  • If we have delivered the wrong item(s) to you, we will pay the cost of returning the item(s) and the shipping of the new item(s).
  • The quality descriptions of the goods can be found on the product cards.
  • Returns and exchanges of goods shall be made in accordance with the 'Rules on Returns and Exchanges of Goods', approved by Order No 4-243 of the Minister of the Economy of 15 March 2012, and the 'Rules on the sale of goods and the provision of services in the context of contracts concluded by means of communication', approved by Order No 258 of the Minister of the Economy of 17 August 2001.
  • Goods shall not be returned if they have been made to the Buyer's individual order or have been obviously customised for the Buyer (e.g. products made to the dimensions or shape specified by the Customer, impregnation, painting, etc.). For product warranty enquiries, please email info@kirvile.lt
